Thanks to 60 certified training courses and 155 sections through aprenticeship from DIMA – Introduction Device to a work-based learning – to postgraduate courses like MASTER (passing by CAP, BAC PRO to a great diversity of Graduation Degrees like BTS, Licence…), C.F.A. Cerfal allows you to follow a complete work-study program.

C.F.A. Cerfal is pleased to welcome 38 disabled persons and is strongly committed striving alongside this public with specific constraints to help them succeed in joining the active life in the best possible conditions.

Hundreds of trainees are benefiting from an international mobility program studying in 25 countries worldwide.

Its partners in the Higher Education - Université de Paris IV Sorbonne, Université Paris V Descartes, Université Paris XI Orsay, Cergy, Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Business schools, Computer Science schools… - offer opportunities to all apprentices so as to study up to the highest levels in many professional sectors (Two-year technical degree, Bachelor or Master and soon Engineering School).

C.F.A. Cerfal - faithful to its commitment toward the Catholic Education Community – facilitates the development of learning within its vocational High Schools and opens to Schools and Colleges which are sharing its educational project by placing both human value and professional skills at the core of this project.

Every year, C.F.A. Cerfal is expanding its activity thanks to the trust of all these companies always re-affirmed.

Cerfal keeps innovating and setting up tools which aim to get the most from its network and to bring to a successful conclusion trainees’ professional project – tools such as: “L’Annuaire des Anciens”, “Intranet Réseau”, “Amis du Cerfal” and “Ressources Pédagogiques”…

The pedagogical quality of training is a permanent stake for all 650 trainers of the group and for the partners in Higher Education. Thanks to its new relational website “e.cfa” that puts trainers, apprentices and teachers in synergy, C.F.A. Cerfal joins the regional quality project.

Last but not least, with less than 10% of trainees giving up, a success rate up to 80% all certifications combined and a high level of integration into the active life - assessed to about 85%, 6 month after graduation - its successful apprentices are making C.F.A. Cerfal proud.
